Flash Creative Suite 3 is the first version of the Macromedia products fully integrated into the Adobe product line. Flash CS3 has made developers and designers very happy for its functional possibilities.
Creative Suite 3 offers the single-column Tools Panel, Workspace Menu button and the new panels system. Adobe Flash CS3 features supports Action Script 3.0, allows entire applications to be converted into Action Script, and integrates with Adobe Photoshop. This permits copying, dragging, pasting, dropping, exporting and importing graphics from one program to another without loss of any image data.
The increased graphic integration with Photoshop and Illustrator makes it possible for the user to work with layers, editable text, symbols, paths, anchor points, objects and bitmap layer effects more efficiently. With the import dialog box you can control over import options, make text editable with import, create a movie clip.
Flash CS3 permits to import Photoshop’s PSD files and Illustrator’s AI files without difficulty. This feature enables producing animations in Photoshop or Illustrator using the layers, and importing them into individual key frames and you are having an instant Flash animation.
